What Is Solid Surface?
Solid surface is an acrylic based product where-by the colour goes through the entire thickness of the countertop. This allows you the remove minor scratches with a mild scrubbing pad. The surface is non-porous which equates to a healthier environment, because there is no place for germs to hide especially if you add a solid surface undermount sink. The sink and countertop become one continuous piece compared to the traditional drop-in sink with the rim which results in a gathering spot for dirt and moisture to penetrate. Our suppliers off an excellent warranty on all our solid surface products.
